On June 26, 2025, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University hosted a training on writing projects for participation in European Commission competitions (https://cordis.europa.eu/), organised by the Project Management Department. The event brought together academic staff from various faculties to raise their awareness of opportunities to participate in EU programmes, including Erasmus+ and Jean Monnet, as well as to discuss strategic directions for the university’s development in the context of European integration. Participants received practical advice on structuring project applications, budgeting in accordance with the requirements of programmes and national legislation, and learned about the algorithms for submitting and implementing projects.
Particular attention was paid to the successful experience of the Space-Ready project (https://spaceready.eu/), an initiative aimed at introducing innovative STEM education for future space technology engineers. The Space-Ready project, implemented under the Erasmus+ programme KA 220 by a consortium with the participation of Akademia Gorniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanislawa Staszica w Krakowie (Poland), Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (Ukraine), Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France), Createhub, Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością (Poland) and Poliarte Politecnico delle Arti SRL (Italy), demonstrates effective interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of applied physics, engineering and educational technologies. The speaker of the training was professor Volodymyra Boichuk, doctor of science of physics and mathematics, who shared his experience of working as part of an international consortium team and preparing a high-quality project application.
